Due to the increased number of appointments, Bandits feels we must inform you of our new policies regarding cancellations and missed payments. We request payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. If you have any billing questions, please call our main office at 248-669-9705.

We understand that team schedules can get to be a bit hectic during the season; however you must understand that our time slots are in high demand.

All cancellations of booked appointments must be received 24 hours before the scheduled training session. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of the booked session will result in a billing of a $50.00 cancellation fee. However, we understand that emergencies occur. Therefore, our policy will include one emergency cancellation per season. Each subsequent cancellation after that will result in the billing of a $50.00 cancellation fee.

We understand that payments for a booked session maybe forgotten at times. However, failure to make a full payment on the following booked session will result in a $25.00 late fee. An additional $25.00 late fee will be issued each week until the remaining balance is paid in full to Bandits Goalie School or the Bandits goalie instructor for your team.
